I-66 East and West Manassas Safety Rest Areas Scheduled to Close During Daytime and Overnight Hours September 13-15
FAIRFAX – The I-66 West Manassas Safety Rest Area/Virginia Welcome Center (mile marker 49) and the I-66 Manassas Safety Rest Area East (mile marker 48.7) will be closed beginning at 7 a.m. Tuesday, September 13, continuously through 7 am. Thursday, September 15, for paving and striping work related to the Transform 66 Outside the Beltway Project. All facilities will be inaccessible.
All work is weather dependent and will be rescheduled if inclement conditions occur.
