Welcome to the Bracey Safety Rest Area/Welcome Center

Location:

Interstate 85 northbound, one-half mile from the North Carolina state line.

Welcome Center

The center is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. It is closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day. Information is available about local and state attractions, weather and traffic. The facility is open to all vehicles. There is a two-hour parking limit.

Lodging reservations can be made between 8:30 a.m. and 4:45 p.m.
