Project Details

The project on East Reservoir Road extends from Route 11 to 0.133 mile east of Route 11.  On East Reservoir Road, the project will provide three 12-foot travel lanes and one 12-foot right–turn lane at Route 11.  On Route 11 the project will provide a second left-turn lane from northbound Route 11onto westbound Route 42.  Curb and gutter will be provided throughout the project.

It is anticipated that no properties will lose access and no residents, businesses or non-profit organizations will be displaced as a result of the project.

In 2005, the average daily traffic volume on East Reservoir Road was 4500 vehicles per day.  The average traffic volume is anticipated to increase to 7600 vehicles per day by the year 2021.

The total estimated cost for this project is $2,677,176, which includes $325,000 for preliminary engineering, $955,139 for right of way and utilities, and $1,397,037 for construction.
