Beginning Monday, Aug. 20, the Route 614 (Arcadia Road) bridge over Interstate 81 in Botetourt County will be closed to traffic as part of an ongoing repair project. Detour signs will be posted advising traffic of alternate routes.
The project is expected to be complete in June 2013.

The Route 614 (Arcadia Road) bridge over Interstate 81 in Botetourt County will be closed to traffic.
Detour signs will be posted advising traffic of alternate routes.
From southbound I-81:
- Turn right off of ramp onto Route 614 (Arcadia Road)
- Immediate right onto Frontage Road (F054), travel 1.6 miles
- Turn right onto Indian Rock Road (Route 608) over I-81
- Turn right onto Lee Highway (Route F055)
From northbound I-81:
- Turn right off ramp onto Arcadia Road (Route 614)
- Immediate left onto Lee Highway (route F055)
- Travel 1.6 miles and turn left onto Indian Rock Road (Route 608) over I-81
- Turn left onto Frontage Road (F054) and travel 1.6 miles
The bridge repairs will also require lane closures on northbound and southbound I-81 near exit 168 (Arcadia), Sunday through Thursday between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.
Motorists are advised to use caution in the area and expect delays.
