The primary purpose of this project is the relocation and replacement of the existing single-lane structure carrying Route 643, Wagon Trail Road over Horsley Creek. The existing bridge is functionally obsolete.
The proposed project would replace the existing bridge with a new structure that meets current geometric standards. In additions, improvements to the turning and sight conditions at Route 635 would be considered.
