Traffic will not be affected along I-95 for the majority of the project. There will be some short duration nighttime lane closures as crews switch traffic patterns to the newly built bridges.
VDOT crews are getting ready to move into the right of way phase, to start moving utility lines for the project. Construction advertisement for this project is estimate in July of 2015, and construction is estimated to begin in 2016.
