   Adobe® PDF Files on VirginiaDOT.org
 
The VDOT Web site uses PDF (Portable Document File) format for printing documents too lengthy for viewing in the browser.  Certain forms may be in PDF format as well. PDF forms can be downloaded, completed either online or printed, and sent to an appropriate person by postal or electronic mail.
 
Reading PDF Documents
 
The document you have selected is provided in Adobe Acrobat PDF format.

There are two ways to view this document:

  You must download current version the Adobe Acrobat Reader. When complete, you can open any PDF file on our site.
 
  -Or-
 
   Use Adobe's PDF conversion tool to view a PDF file in HTML.
 
PLEASE NOTE: 
If an error occurs when trying to open a PDF file, open  Adobe Acrobat Reader and determine the version number.  
   
Completing PDF Forms
 
PDF forms can be used in two ways. You can:
 
  Print the form and then write in your information,
 
  -Or-
 
  You may type your information into the fields provided on the form and then print. Each form contains fields for you to type in your information and then print the form. After selecting the form, click in an appropriate field to make an entry. You may use your tab key to advance to the next available field.
