The VDOT Web site uses PDF (Portable Document File) format for printing
documents too lengthy for viewing in the browser. Certain forms may
be in PDF format as well. PDF forms can be downloaded, completed either
online or printed, and sent to an appropriate person by postal or
electronic mail.
Reading PDF Documents

CompletingPDF Forms
PDF forms can
be used in two ways. You can:

the form and then write in your information,

You
may type your information into the fields provided on the
form and then print. Each form contains fields for you to
type in your information and then print the form. After
selecting the form, click in an appropriate field to make
an entry. You may use your tab key to advance to the next
available field.
