ALL NORTHBOUND AND SOUTHBOUND LANES REOPEN ON I-81 IN AUGUSTA COUNTY
STAUNTON – (2:30 a.m.) Northbound and southbound Interstate 81 have fully reopened following two separate tractor trailer crashes in Augusta County. Both crashes took place Wednesday night between exit 227 (Verona) and exit 235 at (Weyers Cave/Grottoes).
The detour for northbound I-81 traffic has been lifted. Northbound and southbound congestion has cleared.
