MULTIPLE TRACTOR TRAILER CRASH CLOSES I-81 SOUTHBOUND AT STEPHENS CITY IN FREDERICK COUNTY
STAUNTON – (7:20 a.m.) A crash involving three tractor trailers has closed Interstate 81 southbound in the Stephens City area of Frederick County. The crash is located at the I-81 ramp at Exit 307. Southbound traffic is being detoured at Exit 310, taking Route 11 south, and entering I-81 southbound at Exit 307.
I-81 exit 310 is located at Route 37 and I-81 exit 307 is located at Route 277 in Frederick County.
The Virginia Department of Transportation Staunton Traffic Operations Center does not have an estimated time when I-81 southbound will reopen.
