LANE CLOSURES APRIL 26-28 IN BUENA VISTA FOR PAVEMENT WORK

STAUNTON – Motorists can expect significant changes to traffic flow near the Hardee’s restaurant in Buena Vista from Tuesday, April 26, to Thursday, April 28, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. each day.

Flaggers will take over traffic control at the intersection of West 29th Street (Route 60/Midland Trail) with Rockbridge Avenue/Beech Avenue. Traffic will be restricted to single lanes in both directions so that crews can remove and replace pavement, followed by line painting.

All work is weather permitting.

The VDOT Staunton District serves Frederick, Shenandoah, Clarke, Warren, Page, Rockingham, Augusta, Highland, Rockbridge, Alleghany and Bath counties.

Traffic alerts and traveler information can be obtained by dialing 511. Traffic alerts and traveler information also are available at 511Virginia.org.
