ROUTE 682 IN SHENANDOAH COUNTY CLOSED APRIL 6-9

STAUNTON – Part of Route 682 (Readus Road) in Shenandoah County will be closed during pipe-replacement work from April 6-9, 2015. This work zone is located about a half-mile south of the intersection of Route 42 (Senedo Road).

 

Beginning the morning of Monday, April 6, motorists on Route 682 will be directed onto one of the following detour routes:

  • Southbound traffic will follow Route 42 south to Route 681 (Stoneburner Road), where they will turn left and follow Route 681 to the end of the detour.
  • Northbound traffic will turn left on Route 681 (Stoneburner Road) and then right on Route 42 north to the end of the detour.

 

Route 682 is scheduled to reopen about 4 p.m. on Thursday, April 9, weather permitting.

 

The VDOT Staunton District serves Frederick, Shenandoah, Clarke, Warren, Page, Rockingham, Augusta, Highland, Rockbridge, Alleghany and Bath counties.
