PORTION OF ROUTE 681 IN SHENANDOAH COUNTY CLOSED JUNE 15 – 17 FOR PIPE REPLACEMENT

STAUNTON Route 681 (Racetrack Road) in the Edinburg area is scheduled to close June 15 to June 17 for pipe replacement at the intersection with Route 42 (Senedo Road). 

 

The project is scheduled to be complete and the road reopened at 5 p.m. on June 17.  All work is weather permitting. The following detours are in place:
 

  • Westbound traffic will travel south on Route 42 (Senedo Road) to south on Route 768 (Union Church Road) to north on Route 623 (Back Road) to end of detour. 

  • Eastbound traffic will travel south on Route 623 (Back Road) to north on Route 768 (Union Church Road) to south on Route 42 (Senedo Road) to end of detour.
