I-81 SLOW-ROLL CLOSURES JULY 12 IN FREDERICK COUNTY
For Installation of Overhead Utility Lines

STAUNTON – Motorists should be alert for northbound and southbound slow-roll lane closures along Interstate 81 in Frederick County on the morning of Sunday, July 12, for installation of utility cable over I-81 at mile marker 310.4.  These are brief closures scheduled to take place between 7 a.m. and 10 a.m. from mile markers 307 and 313.

 

The southbound slow roll will begin at mile marker 312 in the Winchester area. The northbound slow roll will begin simultaneously at mile marker 307 near Stephens City.

 

All work is weather permitting, and slow-roll times are subject to change.

 

The VDOT Staunton District serves Frederick, Shenandoah, Clarke, Warren, Page, Rockingham, Augusta, Highland, Rockbridge, Alleghany and Bath counties.
