SINGLE LANE TRAFFIC ON I-81 NORTHBOUND TONIGHT IN PART OF SHENANDOAH COUNTY

STAUNTON – Interstate 81 northbound will have the right lane closed beginning at 8 p.m. tonight, Wednesday, February 5 at mile marker 294 in Shenandoah County. 
 

This closure is to allow crews to clean up after a tractor trailer fire this morning and to remove the truck that is located on the side of the road. 

 

Both lanes are expected to be open by the dawn hours.

 

Motorists may encounter some delays in the area of this work.

 

All work is weather permitting.
