RIGHT LANE CLOSURE ON I-81 NORTHBOUND IN ROCKBRIDGE COUNTY RESCHEDULED TO JUNE 13
STAUNTON – Due to weather the previously announced closure for June 12 has been rescheduled for June 13. There will be a right lane closure in Rockbridge County on Interstate 81 northbound from mile marker 195 to mile marker 197 on June 13 from 8 p.m. until 7 a.m. This is in the truck climbing lane project area. This closure will allow crews to seed slopes in the project area.

Completion is scheduled for fall 2012. The work zone is along the northbound lanes from mile marker 195.6 to 202.5, which is just north of Lexington.
