STAUNTON – A portion of Route 684 (Tinkerville Road) in Rockbridge County will be closed for one day to allow crews to perform culvert replacement and make minor ditch repairs.  The closure is scheduled for July 10 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. The alternate inclement weather date is July 11.

The work zone will be located 1500-feet west of Route 813 (North Dry Well Road).

Motorists can detour using Route 684 to Route 813 heading south 1.3 miles to Route 11.  On the western side of the closure motorists can use Route 684 to Route 11.

All work is weather permitting.
