PORTION OF ROUTE 770 IN ROCKBRIDGE COUNTY TO CLOSE FOR ROADWORK
STAUNTON – Approximately a quarter-mile section of Route 770 (Turnpike Road) in Rockbridge County will be closed for culvert replacement work. The closure will be on Oct. 19 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
This location is at the Route 655 (Blacks Creek Road) intersection with Route 770. Residents will be able to access their property during this work. The road can have bus travel after 2 p.m.
The VDOT Staunton District serves Frederick, Shenandoah, Clarke, Warren, Page, Rockingham, Augusta, Highland, Rockbridge, Alleghany and Bath counties.
