TWO ROCKBRIDGE COUNTY ROADS TO CLOSE FOR ROADWORK

STAUNTON – Two Rockbridge County roads will be closed for upcoming roadwork.

Route 672 (Turnpike Road) will be closed on Tuesday, August 4, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for drain pipe replacement. The road closure is between Route 673 (Wee Darnock Way) to Route 670 (Beatty Hollow Road).

Route 773 (Lloyd Tolley Road) will be closed on Wednesday, August 5, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for drain pipe replacement. The road closure is from .16 miles south of Route 130 to Route 708 (Gilmores Mill Road).

The VDOT Staunton District serves Frederick, Shenandoah, Clarke, Warren, Page, Rockingham, Augusta, Highland, Rockbridge, Alleghany and Bath counties.
