ROUTE 675 TO CLOSE FOR BOX CULVERT WORK IN SHENANDOAH COUNTY


STAUNTON – Route 675 (Edinburg Gap Road) in Shenandoah County will be closed for box culvert work. This location is 2.7 miles east of Route 11 in the area of Vale Vista Drive. Route 675 will be closed from 9 p.m. on May 27 until 4 a.m. on May 28. The entrance to Vale Vista Drive will be closed from 8 p.m. on May 27 until 4 a.m. on May 28.

Traffic will be controlled by temporary traffic signals.

This is phase II of the project to replace a deteriorated box culvert. Steel plates were installed at this location on April 9 as part of phase I. Work will continue at the site and additional closures are anticipated for early June and will be announced at a later date.

All work is weather permitting.
