TRAFFIC ALERT: SLOW ROLL FOR BLASTING SCHEDULED ON ROUTE 100 TODAY IN PULASKI COUNTY

SALEM – On Friday, June 17, a slow roll will take place at 11:30 a.m. on Route 100 for the purpose of blasting at the airport as part of the work to build an extension on the taxi runway.

The slow roll will last for approximately 15 minutes while blasting occurs, weather permitting.

Area residents and businesses and those in the surrounding areas, may feel vibrations or loud noise from blasts occurring at the airport.

Drivers approaching the area are encouraged to slow down and use caution in the work zone.
