SALEM – The right lane of westbound Route 460 at Ripplemead in Giles County has been closed since yesterday due to concrete repairs on the bridge over the New River.

The lane closure will remain in place tonight, so the concrete patch on the bridge can harden.  The lane is expected to reopen around noon on Thursday, March 22.

The bridge is located about 0.3 mile west of Route 635 (Big Stony Creek Road).
