TRAFFIC ALERT: A SECTION OF ROUTE 666 IN BOTETOURT COUNTY TO CLOSE FOR BRIDGE REPAIRS
SALEM – Beginning Monday, Sept. 24, a section of Route 666 (Lees Gap Road) in Botetourt County will be closed to replace a bridge over Lees Creek.
The bridge is located on Route 666 three miles from Route 606 (Grove Hill Road) near the intersection of Route 600 (Breckinridge Mill Road).
Detour signs will be posted advising traffic of alternate routes. Motorists are advised to use caution in the area and expect delays.
Weather permitting, Route 666 is estimated to reopen on Friday, Sept. 28.
