VDOT TO HOLD CITIZEN INFORMATION MEETING ON NAMOZINE ROAD BRIDGE REPLACEMENT
The bridge is located over Namozine Creek on the Amelia/Dinwiddie County line
COLONIAL HEIGHTS —The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) will hold a citizen information meeting on the proposed Namozine Road/Route 708 bridge replacement over Namozine Creek on the Amelia/Dinwiddie County line.
The meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 29 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Mannboro Fire Station, located at 8641 Namozine Road, Amelia, VA 23002. This citizen information meeting will provide an opportunity for individuals, businesses or organizations to give VDOT input on the project.
Comments about the proposed project may be submitted at the hearing or until May 9 by mailing them to Sid Pawar, Project Manager, Virginia Department of Transportation, 2430 Pine Forest Drive, Colonial Heights, VA 23834-9002. Comments also can be emailed to Sid.Pawar@VDOT.Virginia.gov. Please reference “Namozine Road bridge replacement comments” in the subject line.
