Massie, Contractor, Inc. of Williamsburg, Virginia was awarded a $141,000 contract to construct and install a pedestrian sidewalk on the northern side of Courthouse Road adjacent to the westbound lane in Prince George County. The project involves the installation of a curb, gutter and three drop inlets for drainage to existing ditches. The work will be completed in the existing right of way and is located between Sawmill Road and Redwood Lane near I-295. Expected completion date is November 2009.
