ARLINGTON – The I-395 High Occupancy Vehicle (HOV) lanes will be closed in their entirety from the Turkeycock Run interchange to the Washington, D.C. line overnight tonight and again this weekend for crews to resurface the HOV section of the bridge deck over Glebe Road, according to the Virginia Department of Transportation.

- 9 p.m. Friday, Oct. 21 to 3 a.m. Monday, Oct. 24
Northbound 95 Express Lanes traffic will be directed to exit via the Turkeycock Run interchange just north of Edsall Road onto the northbound I-395 general purpose lanes. All northbound and southbound gated ramps between the Turkeycock Run Interchange and the Washington, D.C. line will remain closed.
The lanes will reopen by 3 a.m. Friday and Monday in the northbound direction and will follow the normal morning rush schedule each day.
All work is weather permitting.
The work is part of the I-395 and Glebe Road project, rehabilitating three bridges at the interchange. The project is scheduled for completion in fall 2017.
