BRADDOCK/PLEASANT VALLEY LANE CLOSURES TOMORROW
Expect major delays due to daytime closures for utility work

CHANTILLY – Drivers can expect major delays due to lane closures at the intersection of Braddock and Pleasant Valley roads between 9:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. Friday, April 22 for crews to complete utility relocation associated with the roundabout project, according to the Virginia Department of Transportation.

Motorists are advised to use alternate routes.

This project replaces the existing four-way stop with a one-lane roundabout in western Fairfax County, to improve operations and enhance safety. The $5.8 million project is being administered in partnership with Fairfax and Loudoun County and is expected to be complete in May 2016.
