VDOT PUBLIC HEARING TOMORROW FOR ROUTE 7 BRIDGE REPLACEMENT

FAIRFAX—The Virginia Department of Transportation will hold a design public hearing Thursday, Feb. 20 on plans to replace and widen the two bridges carrying Route 7 over the Dulles Toll Road.

The public can stop by to review and discuss plans between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. at Colvin Run Elementary School, 1400 Trap Road, Vienna, VA 22182. Please note this is the backup date. Feb. 13 was cancelled due to weather.

The meeting will be an open-house format with VDOT staff on hand to discuss project information and answer questions.

Citizens may provide oral and written comments at the hearing or submit them by March 3, 2014 to Mr. Arif Rahman, P.E., Virginia Department of Transportation, 4975 Alliance Drive, Fairfax, VA 22030. Comments may also be emailed to meeting_comments@vdot.virginia.gov. Please reference “Route 7 over Dulles Airport Toll Road” in the subject line.
