ROUTE 7 CLOSURES FOR GOOSE CREEK BRIDGE DEMO
Two of three eastbound lanes closed nightly April 25-30

LEESBURG─ Two of three eastbound lanes on Route 7 will be closed from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. Thursday to Tuesday (April 25-30), as Loudoun County removes the old Goose Creek Bridge adjoining eastbound Route 7 between Belmont Ridge Road and River Creek Parkway. Crews will set up a 350-ton crane to lift the bridge steel and then haul it on trucks.

Drivers leaving the Leesburg area and heading east on Route 7 should use River Creek Parkway and Riverside Parkway to avoid delays during this time.
