DUMFRIES ― Beginning Thursday, Oct. 18, 2012, drivers can expect the right lane of southbound Route 234 (Dumfries Road) to be closed at Country Club Drive (Route 1450). The lane will be closed through mid-December as crews construct a retaining wall and shared-use path.

Two of the three travel lanes in this area will remain open at all times during peak hours.
