FAIRFAX – From Thursday night, Oct. 11, through Tuesday night Oct. 16, the Virginia Department of Transportation will be milling and paving a half-mile stretch of University Drive between Rappahannock River Lane and Rapidan River Road.

One of two lanes in each direction will be closed as follows:

• Thursday, Oct. 11 -   8:30 p.m. to 5 a.m.
• Friday, Oct. 12 - 10 p.m. to 9 a.m.
• Saturday, Oct. 13 -  no lane closures
• Sunday night through Tuesday night (Oct. 14-16) – 8:30 p.m. to 5 a.m.

All work is weather permitting.

This work does not include paving the intersection at University Drive and Route 123.
