PUBLIC INFORMATION MEETING FOR ROUTE 29 CORRIDOR IN CAMPBELL COUNTY SET

LYNCHBURG —Campbell County, the Central Virginia Metropolitan Planning Organization (CVMPO), and the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) will hold a public information meeting on Thursday, October 27 to receive feedback on the study analysis for the Route 29/Wards Road Corridor in Campbell County.

The public can stop by to review and discuss the analysis between 4 and 6 pm at Hyland Heights Baptist Church-North Lobby-Entrance 1, 11452 Wards Road, Rustburg, VA 24588.

The meeting will be an open-house format with VDOT, county, CVMPO and project team staff on hand to answer questions.

Citizens may provide written comments at the meeting or mail them to Rick Youngblood, Virginia Department of Transportation, 4219 Campbell Ave., Lynchburg, VA 24501. Comments may be emailed to rick.youngblood@vdot.virginia.gov. Please reference “Campbell County Route 29 Corridor Assessment” in the subject line.
