LYNCHBURG –An incident involving an overturned tractor trailer on Route 60 in Amherst County is expected to keep the road closed for several hours this afternoon. 

Currently, local law enforcement, emergency responders and VDOT crews are on the scene near Route 635, North Fork Road were the incident took place.  A detour has been set up from Route 60 to Route 635 to Route 130 to Route 501, back to Route 130 and returning to Route 60.
