US 15 CLOSED DUE TO ACCIDENT
Closure may be in place for several hours

PRINCE EDWARD COUNTY – It may be several hours before all lanes of U.S. 15 north and south are reopened following an accident involving a tractor trailer this morning in Prince Edward County.

The closure is about 2 miles from the Charlotte County line or about 4 miles north of the town of Keysville.

Emergency personnel are currently on the scene; however, the closure will be in place until the truck is righted, debris removed from the roadway and the investigation completed.

No further information is available at this time; however, motorists are encouraged to seek alternate routes and expect delays.
