As of 5:15 a.m., the following conditions are being reported:

Closed due to mud slide:

Closed due to high water:
Campbell County:
Route 637 (Whitehall Rd) near Route 635 (Collins Ferry Rd).

Pittsylvania County:
Route 618 (Farmers Rd) between Route 608 (Edmonds Rd) and Route 646 (Renan Rd)
Route 631 (Dews Rd) between Route 640 (Wards Road) and Route 668 (Level Run R d)
Route 683 (Johnson Mill Rd) between Route 40 (East Gretna Rd) and Route 938 (North Meadows Rd)
Route 938 (North Meadows Rd) between Route 627 (Upper Mountain Rd) and Route 937 (Hickey Rd)

As daylight occurs and more traffic hits the roads, it is likely that additional reports of blocked roads will be received. For the most up-to-date information, call 511 or visit www.511Virginia.org.

Remember: When faced with water across roadways - turn around, don’t drown
