The event will be held at the Hilton Garden Inn Suffolk Riverfront located at 100 East Constance Road, Suffolk, VA.  Available procurement opportunities will be discussed including drainage, concrete, trucking/hauling, engineering, design, promotional materials and inspection.  These services will be utilized for the design and construction of the Project.

The U.S. Route 460 Corridor Improvements Project is a new 55-mile four-lane, divided, limited-access highway between Prince George County and Suffolk, Virginia that will parallel the existing U.S. Route 460.  The Project will provide a safer alternative route for motorists throughout this heavily traveled segment of Virginia, reduce travel times through the region, open the region to economic development, and provide an alternative emergency evacuation route for residents and visitors. The Project is expected to create approximately 4,000 jobs through construction and 14,000 long-term jobs.
