ELTHAM BRIDGE INSPECTION SET FOR MARCH 11-15
Expect single lane closures on Route 30 over the Pamunkey River between Town of West Point and New Kent County next week

FREDERICKSBURG, Va. – Travelers on Route 30 between the Town of West Point and New Kent County may experience brief delays crossing the Eltham Bridge over the Pamunkey River next week due to a routine, scheduled bridge inspection.

A single lane will be closed on Eltham Bridge between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Monday, March 11 through Friday, March 15. The work zone will be mobile. Crews and equipment will move to various locations on the bridge as work progresses.

Work has been scheduled weather permitting. Additional days of bridge inspection may be scheduled and announced for the week of Monday, March 18 through Friday, March 22.
