SINGLE LANE CLOSURE PLANNED ON I-95 SOUTHBOUND IN STAFFORD TONIGHT
Crews will be repairing the deck on the I-95 southbound bridge over Route 17

FREDERICKSBURG – At 9 p.m. tonight, VDOT will begin deck repairs on the I-95 bridge over Route 17 near Exit 133 (Route 17/Falmouth) in Stafford County.

Motorists should expect a single lane closure in the work zone.

In addition, the I-95 southbound on-ramp from Route 17 northbound will be closed in connection with the I-95 bridge deck repairs.  

Motorists should use Route 17 southbound to access the on-ramp to I-95 southbound.

The bridge deck repairs will take place from 9 p.m. tonight until approximately 2 a.m. Friday morning, weather permitting.
