NORRIS BRIDGE LANE CLOSURE TOMORROW FOR UTILITY WORK
Route 3 traffic will be reduced to a single lane on the bridge

FREDERICKSBURG – Motorists will encounter travel delays on Route 3 at the Robert O. Norris Bridge over the Rappahannock River between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 30 for utility work.

Bridge traffic will be reduced to one lane during the work zone, weather permitting. Motorists will be guided through the work zone by a flagging crew.

Utility crews will be inspecting a transmission line.

The Norris Bridge crosses the Rappahannock River between Lancaster and Middlesex counties.
