I-95 NORTHBOUND NOW OPEN IN LADYSMITH
All travel lanes have re-opened in Caroline County following crash
FREDERICKSBURG – All travel lanes are open on northbound Interstate 95 near exit 110/Ladysmith in Caroline County.
Northbound I-95 travelers may experience brief delays as congestion clears leading up to the interchange.
All northbound travel lanes were closed at approximately 1 a.m. due to a vehicle crash just north of the interchange.
