CSX RAIL WORK TO CLOSE BENCHMARK ROAD IN SPOTSYLVANIA APRIL 25-29
Road will close to through traffic at rail crossing near Mine Road

FREDERICKSBURG – CSX will close Benchmark Road in Spotsylvania County to through traffic at a rail crossing near Mine Road from Monday, April 25 to Friday, April 29.

CSX will be performing work on the rail crossing.

Benchmark Road will close to traffic at approximately 7 a.m. on Monday, April 25, and will remain closed until the afternoon of Friday, April 29.

Detour signs will be posted along the route to guide motorists. To reach their destination, motorists should use Route (Tidewater Trail) and Route 17 (Mills Drive), or the most convenient alternate route. Click here to view a map of the detour route online.
