ROUTE 3 LANE CLOSURES AT NORRIS BRIDGE
Motorists can expect daytime, weekday lane closures

FREDERICKSBURG – Motorists will encounter single-lane closures on Route 3 at the Robert O. Norris Bridge through Friday, March 20 for an annual scheduled inspection of the bridge.

 

Traffic will be reduced to one lane on the bridge between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. on weekdays. Flagging crews will direct traffic to take turns crossing the bridge in the open travel lane.

 

The Norris Bridge spans the Rappahannock River, and connects Lancaster and Middlesex counties.
