PUBLIC MEETING TO BE HELD ON RT. 610 (GARRISONVILLE ROAD) PROJECTS
VDOT and Stafford County will share details on road construction projects

FREDERICKSBURG – The public is invited to attend a “pardon our dust” meeting on upcoming road construction projects on Route 610 (Garrisonville Road) in Stafford County.

The meeting will be hosted jointly by the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) and Stafford County.

VDOT and Stafford County officials will present details and discuss potential traffic impacts of  three projects:

• Route 1/Onville Road intersection improvements
• Garrisonville Road widening from Onville Road to Eustace Road
• Southbound Route 1 turn lane construction at Garrisonville Road
• The meeting will begin at 6 p.m. with an open house format. The public will have the opportunity to review project maps and ask questions. Staff will be available to answer questions and address concerns.  
Presentations on the three projects will begin at 6:30 p.m.
