PAVING CONTINUES NEXT WEEK ON ROUTE 3/14 IN GLOUCESTER
Motorists may experience brief delays, rough pavement
FREDERICKSBURG – Motorists may experience brief travel delays and rough pavement next week in Gloucester County as milling and paving work continues on Route 3/14 (John Clayton Memorial Highway).
Crews will mill Route 3/14 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 13 and Saturday, Nov. 14, and again from Monday, Nov. 16-Saturday, Nov. 21.
Work will be underway between the Mathews County line and Route 17 Business (Main Street).
Milling, paving and the application of shoulder stone will be underway on Route 3/14 and sections of Route 17 through mid-December. No work will occur during a 5-day period surrounding the Thanksgiving holiday.
