LEFT LANE NOW OPEN AT SCENE OF TRACTOR TRAILER INCIDENT IN STAFFORD
Delays exist, but I-95 traffic is getting past the scene

FREDERICKSBURG – (6:10 a.m.) The left lane of northbound Interstate 95 has opened just north of Exit 143/Garrisonville in Stafford County where an incident involving a tractor-trailer and fuel spill is underway.

Traffic is getting past the incident scene in the open lane, but motorists on northbound I-95 in Stafford can expect travel delays in the immediate area.
