I-95 NORTHBOUND CLOSED NORTH OF RT. 610 IN STAFFORD
Lanes closed for tractor-trailer incident, fuel spill

FREDERICKSBURG – (5:45 a.m.) All lanes of Interstate 95 northbound are closed just north of Exit 143/Garrisonville in Stafford County due to a tractor-trailer incident and fuel spill.

 

Lanes are expected to be closed for several hours. Traffic will be diverted to Route 1 northbound in Stafford, where motorists can re-enter the interstate at Exit 148/Quantico Marine Corps Base.

 

Several miles of congestion begin before the incident scene. Motorists traveling I-95 northbound as well as Route 1 northbound in Stafford County can expect delays.
