EXPECT OVERNIGHT DELAYS ON ROUTE 3, NORRIS BRIDGE
Paving will be underway Sept. 21-24

FREDERICKSBURG – Route 3 will be reduced to a single travel lane overnight next week in Lancaster County and on the Robert O. Norris Bridge for paving work.  

Traffic will be reduced to a single lane between 7 p.m. and 5 a.m. each evening from Monday, Sept. 21 through Thursday, Sept. 24.

A flagging crew will direct motorists through the work zone.

Paving will be underway in Lancaster between Old Ferry Road and the Norris Bridge. The bridge will not be paved, but due to the position of the work zone in Lancaster, traffic is reduced to a single lane on the bridge.
