UPDATE: TWO LANES REMAIN CLOSED ON INTERSTATE 95 SOUTH AT EXIT 104 IN CAROLINE COUNTY
Traffic getting by crash using the left lane and the left shoulder, Two lanes expected to remain closed through the evening rush hour

FREDERICKSBURG –  (3:30 p.m.) VDOT has opened the left lane and left shoulder to traffic on I-95 south at mile marker 104 in Caroline County.

Two travel lanes and the ramp to I-95 south from Route 207 remain closed.  

Crews are in the process of removing the contents of the overturned tractor trailer and anticipate that two lanes will remain closed through the evening rush hour.   

Motorists should expect major delays in this area.

Delays begin south of Exit 110 (Route 639/Ladysmith).
