ALL LANES BLOCKED ON INTERSTATE 95 SOUTH AT EXIT 104 IN CAROLINE COUNTY
Traffic delays begin at Exit 110 (Ladysmith)

FREDERICKSBURG –  (2:30 p.m.) An overturned tractor trailer has all lanes blocked on I-95 south at mile marker 104 in Caroline County.

In addition, the ramp to Exit 104 (Rt. 207/Carmel Church) is also blocked.

Traffic is getting by the crash site by using the shoulder lane, however; there is a 5-mile back-up on I-95 south. Delays begin at Exit 110 (Rt. 639/Ladysmith).

Southbound motorists are encouraged to use Exit 118 (Route 606/Thornburg) in Spotsylvania County to access Route 1 south.

At this time there is no estimated time of reopening the interstate.
