NEW TRAFFIC PATTERN, PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON 15th STREET IN WEST POINT
Changes are designed to prevent traffic from blocking vehicles attempting to enter Route 30 and Kirby Street

FREDERICKSBURG—Motorists will encounter a new traffic pattern on 15th Street and Route 30 between 19th and 21st Street in the Town of West Point beginning Wednesday, Sept. 18.

The following changes will be effective on Sept. 18:

  • Kirby Street traffic will be prohibited from entering 15th Street. Traffic entering onto 15th Street from Route 30 or businesses along the street will still be able to exit onto Kirby Street.
  • On 15th Street “No Parking” signs will be posted behind the Rite Aid Pharmacy.
  • On Route 30 “Do Not Block Intersection” signs will be posted at the intersections with 19th Street and 21st Street.

The changes on Route 30 are being made to assist vehicles seeking to access Route 30 from the side streets.
