FREDERICKSBURG – The northbound Interstate 95 exit ramp at Exit 110/Ladysmith in Caroline County will be closed to all traffic overnight on Thursday, July 18 so the ramp can be paved.

Northbound I-95 motorists will be directed to use Exit 104/Carmel Church or Exit 118/Thornburg as alternate exit ramps while paving is underway.

Message boards will be posted prior to Exit 104/Carmel Church to alert motorists to the exit ramp closure.

The on-ramp to northbound I-95 at Exit 110/Ladysmith will remain open, and motorists will be able to enter the interstate from this interchange.

Motorists can call 511, visit www.511Virginia.org, or use VDOT’s 511Virginia free mobile app to find real-time information on work zones, incidents and road conditions in any area of the state.
